At Smushee™, we want every countdown to feel exciting from the first door to the last. Our goal is a hassle-free, transparent experience — so you always feel taken care of.

Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds:

📅 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We back every order with a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If something's not right — a missing piece, a damaged toy, or you're just not satisfied — we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, help sorting the issue, or a refund depending on the situation.

Please note: Refund requests may require a brief description and photo of the issue to qualify. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 15 days of delivery

If your item qualifies:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the unopened item.
  2. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your order subtotal (excluding shipping) to your original payment method.

🕒 Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. 🚚 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. ⚠️ We're unable to accept returns of opened calendars once countdown doors have been used, since each door and toy inside is single-use for the surprise.

 

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your calendar arrives damaged or a toy inside is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or arrange a refund.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
