Smushee™ ships to customers worldwide. Wherever you're ordering from, we'll do our best to get your order to you — see estimated transit times by region below.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 48 hours after payment for us to process and prepare your order for dispatch.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us at support@smushee.store as soon as possible, using the same email address you checked out with.
Please note: once an order has been processed, there's only a small window to cancel before it ships.
- Not yet shipped: we'll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.
- Already shipped: we won't be able to cancel it, but reach out anyway — we'll work with you on next steps through our standard [Return & Refund Policy].
